the staff was nice and friendly, , made me feel welcomed.
The apartment overlooked a very busy road, so the balcony was not a place to relax. there were no programmes in english on the television. I know you don't go on vacation to watch tv, though sometimes it is a nice way to relax after a tiring day. i found this disappointing.

the apartment was lovely and clean. the beds were comfortable too. it is a short walk from the beach. a very nice pool and bar are also available.
the television did not have any english channels.

The location was definitely a highlight for me. it was just five minutes to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. the albufera nature reserve was also nearby. I had a nice time cycling there. the staff was friendly and helpful, which i really appreciated.
I stayed for two weeks and the apartment was spacious and clean. unfortunately it overlooked a busy road. It was very noisy. there were no english tv channels available, a bit disappointing after a tiring day..

fab location daily cleaning fresh towels attentive staff
the hotel's location was fab, so close to the beach!!! the daily cleaning was good too. i got fresh towels every day, which i appreciated. there was also a lifeguard by the pool, which gave me peace of mind. the staff were perfect, super polite! the grounds and the pool were well maintained and a pleasure to use. i really appreciated the little touches.
the first-floor apartment overlooked a busy road, so it was a bit noisy. it wasn't a huge deal though.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, made the experience enjoyable.
My room's air conditioning unit was unusually loud , I HAD difficulty sleeping. I informed reception , BUT maintenance never came to address the noise. This affected the quality of my sleep.
